We take ripe juicy tomatoes, white onions and garlic with fresh herbs and oven roast them to perfection. Then we add our luscious chicken stock and simmer the soup till the flavors have melded. The broth, the tomatoes and the onions are then pureed and strained to give it a smooth, bisque like consistency and a silky, velvety texture that will drive your taste buds absolutely crazy.
