1. Is there a delivery charge? Answer: No. Within Orange County we do not charge for delivery. Unless you have a group of 100 or more. We do add a gratuity of 18% (pre-tax) to all orders.
2. What is your minimum? Answer: We ask that you order for a minimum of 15 people.
3. How much lead time do you need? Answer: For up to 50 people we respectfully request 48 hours (2 days) advanced notice if possible. If you are a client and have a last minute meeting or gathering most of the time 24 hours notice is acceptable. If you are having an event for more than 50, we need to know a few (three or more) days in advance.
4. What is your cancellation policy? Answer: If you wish to cancel your order you must do it no later than 24 hours prior to the event. However if your event is booked for a Monday, then you must cancel the previous Friday. For parties larger than 30 people 36 hours notice is required.
All our food is made fresh and literally to order - we must have time to plan, prepare and schedule.
With pride for our craft and respect for our clients we hold ourselves to the highest culinary standards of superior quality and freshness and so unlike some places we do not have food already made and sitting around.
